About Us
Established in 2010, Asia Surface & Coating Technology Pte Ltd specializes in thermal coating, surface restoration, and refurbishment of oilfield tools and industrial components.
We help customers restore worn surfaces, improve wear and corrosion resistance, and extend the usable life of components operating in harsh Oil & Gas environments.
Our work focuses on precision resurfacing, coating, polishing, and restoration. We are not positioned as a general machine shop; our in-house finishing capability supports the repair and remanufacturing process.

HVOF Coating
HVOF is used to produce a dense, strongly bonded coating on metal components exposed to wear, corrosion, and abrasion.

Arc Wire Spray
Arc Wire Spray melts a wire consumable and sprays molten metal onto the prepared surface for restoration or corrosion protection.
Common Uses: Worn surfaces, internal and external geometries, metallic coating buildup.
Flame Spray
Flame Spray applies ceramic coating to help protect surfaces exposed to corrosion, abrasion, heat, or aggressive operating conditions.
Common Uses: Acidic environments, abrasive surfaces, heat-exposed components.

Grinding & Finishing Support
Our in-house cylindrical grinding supports the thermal spray, polishing, and refurbishment workflow. It is not offered as standalone general machining.
Common Components: Shafts, rotors, valve stems, sleeves, bearing housings.
