Real Components, Machines, and Restoration Work

Asia Surface & Coating Technology specializes in thermal coating, surface restoration, polishing, and refurbishment of oilfield tools and industrial components.

This gallery is organized to show actual restoration-related work, including coated components, polished cylindrical parts, valve body and rotor examples, surface preparation work, and in-house grinding machines that support our repair workflow.

Oilfield & Industrial Components We Work On

Rotors, shafts, valve bodies, sleeves, bearing housings, cylindrical tooling , these are the components that come through our workshop most often.

If your part looks similar, there's a good chance we've handled something close to it before.

Shaft component requiring coating, polishing, or dimensional restoration.

Industrial component prepared for coating, repair, or finishing support.

HVOF Coating Work

HVOF coating builds a dense, tightly bonded surface that stands up to wear, corrosion, and abrasion ,exactly the kind of punishment oilfield components take. Here's the process and the results.

 Arc Wire Spray Work

When a surface has worn down and needs material built back up, Arc Wire Spray adds a protective metallic layer that restores both dimension and corrosion resistance. See the process and finished parts below.

Powder Flame Spray Work

Some surfaces need more than a metallic coating can offer ,heat, chemical attack, or heavy abrasion call for ceramic protection. These examples show the process and the finished surface.

Cylindrical Grinding Support for Restoration Workflow

Once coating or repair work is done, grinding brings the component back to the exact dimension and profile it needs. It's the finishing step that closes out most restoration jobs in our workshop.

Machines Supporting the Restoration Process

Behind every coated or restored component is the equipment that makes it possible , grinding machines, milling support, and the thermal spray systems themselves. A look at what's running on our floor.
